How to Use

Important: Microneedling cartridges must be sanitised before each use to ensure the treatment is safe and hygienic. You must follow these steps carefully to sterilise the microneedling cartridges properly.

Here’s how to properly sterilize your microneedling cartridges to keep them safe and effective for your skincare routine:

1. Gather your supplies: You’ll need a pair of gloves, a 70% or higher isopropyl alcohol solution, and a clean container for the solution.
2. Put on gloves: This step ensures you won’t accidentally contaminate the cartridges during the process.
   
3. Inspect the cartridge: Take a good look at the needles to make sure they’re in perfect condition—straight and free from any bending or damage. Also, gently clean off any visible debris.
4. Sanitize the cartridge: Pour enough isopropyl alcohol into your container to cover the needle head. Submerge the cartridge in the alcohol for a few minutes. Alternatively, if you have an alcohol spray, generously spritz the needle head.
5. Let it dry: Once sanitized, allow the cartridge to air-dry completely in a clean, dust-free area. This is crucial to ensure no residue remains before use.

• The cartridge comes in a sterile pack.
  
• Double-cleanse (cleanse and repeat), then wipe the skin clean. Fully tie back your hair, away from your face.
  
• Work in small areas and add serum to the serum container before needling. This will help ensure the pen does not drag or pull on the skin. For best results, the recommended pattern to move the pen is vertical, horizontal, and then diagonal in both directions. Using light pressure and without dragging, repeat this motion over each area two times.
  
• Safely dispose of cartridges after every use.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
